No camping for new iPads outside Apple HK's store

I couldn't believe my eyes, they actually put up a notice on the footbridge before you even enter the shopping plaza to get to the Apple Store in Hong Kong. The article said these notices are put up around IFC Mall. It also pointed out that it doesn't stop people (or mainly scalpers) camping outside though. It's online reservation and pick-up, but it would be interesting to see if these scalpers could get their hands on the new iPad, and how much they would sell them on for.
