Lifting of liquid restrictions in sight

Everyone knows how painful it is to travel by air for several years now. Well, good news, new scanners... and no, not the pornoscanner... will mean we can travel with liquids that's more than 100mls. I know what you are thinking, airports can't "confiscate" anymore expensive champagnes or perfumes off people. Heehee.

The other thing is that it could also mean that laptops doesn't have to be taken out of the carry-ons.

I hope this means shorter, or quicker (or both) queues.
